Any confirmed real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements. bencal may close an account at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. bencal may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts after providing reasonable prior notice. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be archived.
All bencal accounts are held and operated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bencal does not apply internal currency conversion fees. The following provisions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Your continued use of bencal following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
